Whose these are

None of these was drawn by us. Every one comes from Wikimedia Commons, and the terms are per file: 247 Public domain, 5 CC0, 1 OGL-om 1.0, 1 CC BY-SA 4.0. That tally is the same one the app carries in its own Settings, counted from the same audit.

2 of them ask to be credited wherever they go — Oman, Yemen — and each of those pages names the person to credit. A flag whose licence we cannot state has no page here at all, which is why this list may be shorter than 254.
