What flag is this?

The colours are taken off the picture, not from anybody's description of it — what the flag is painted in, and how much of it, filed under the nearest ordinary colour word.

What is on a flag comes from that flag's own Wikipedia article, and every one of those claims shows the sentence it rests on. That is why the list is what it is: if no article describes a flag's charges in words, its flag is tagged with nothing rather than with a guess.

The shape is measured off the picture too, and it is the roughest of the three. 215 of the 254 come out with a shape it has a word for; the rest are left blank rather than described wrongly. Crosses are deliberately among them — an upright cross divides a flag both ways at once, which is the one arrangement this refuses to call stripes, so look for those under cross and saltire instead.
