The palette shown for a flag is extracted from its own artwork by the build, so it is what the flag contains rather than what anybody remembers it containing.
Facts are written, and only where there are any
90 of the 254 carry a hand-written line about what the design means and when it was adopted, each with the source it was taken from. The rest carry none, and say so.
